Attendance & Registration

You can register online via the official summit website. Once registration and payment are completed, you will receive a confirmation email and QR code.
Liquidity 2026 will be held on February 9, 2026 (Monday) at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after registration. Please, make sure to check your spam folders as well. If you don't receive it within 24-48 hours, please contact our team at [email protected].
Registration transfers or cancellations depend on your pass type and the date of request. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact us directly for support.

General Information

Business attire (business formal or smart business). We recommend business-professional dress, as the summit brings together institutional investors, banks, and senior-level executives.
Absolutely — registered attendees will have access to on-site amenities including Wi-Fi, networking breaks, and refreshments. Full details will be shared closer to the event date.
Personal belongings such as briefcases, backpacks, purses, coats, book bags, laptops, tablets or mobile devices, etc. should not be left unattended in meeting rooms or public areas. These items are the responsibility of their owner and neither LTP or the venue will be held responsible for their safekeeping should they become lost or stolen. Additionally, any unattended items may be subject to removal by security upon being discovered. If you lose or find an item, please ask about the lost and found at registration.

Participation, Sponsors & Speakers

The summit is designed for institutional investors, asset managers, banks, trading firms, custody providers, infrastructure service providers, regulators, and fintech/market-infrastructure innovators.
Please contact us providing your company info, interest area, and proposed contribution. We will respond with sponsor/agenda guidelines and next steps.
Of course! The summit will include networking breaks, structured sessions, and opportunities to meet senior executives and decision-makers across institutions.

Travel & Visa

Attendees are responsible for checking their visa or entry requirements for Hong Kong. If you require documentation or an invitation letter for visa application, contact us after registration with your details.
We may provide a list of recommended hotels near the venue; however, room bookings are the responsibility of attendees. We recommend booking early as rooms may fill up quickly.

Conduct, Safety & Access

Badges are issued per registered individual. You will need to show a valid government-issued photo ID to collect your badge at check-in. Badges are non-transferable.
For security and safety reasons, restricted items (e.g. weapons) are not allowed. Attendees must comply with venue security checks and code of conduct. The summit reserves the right to revoke access for non-compliance.
Photography and video recording are allowed unless otherwise stated; however, any media use must respect privacy and intellectual property rights. By registering, you grant the summit rights to use photos or video taken during the event for promotional purposes.
